About: The Trust primarily seeks high current income with capital appreciation as a secondary objective. Under normal market conditions, the Trust will continue to invest substantially all, but no less than 80%, of its total assets in income-producing global real estate equity securities. “Real estate equity securities” include common stocks, preferred securities, warrants and convertible securities issued by global real estate companies, such as real estate investment trusts (“REITs”). The Trust may invest up to 25% of its assets in preferred securities. Preferred securities may be rated below investment grade and may also be illiquid.
