About: The Fund will continue to pursue its investment objective to maximize total return through a combination of current income and capital appreciation. The Fund’s sub-adviser (“Sub-Adviser”) seeks to combine a credit-managed fixed-income portfolio with access to a diversified pool of alternative investments and equity strategies.
The Fund may allocate its assets among a wide variety of Income Securities and Common Equity Securities. Effective as of May 10, 2016, the limitation on the Fund’s investment in below-investment grade securities will be eliminated.
