About: The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal market conditions at least 80% of its Managed Assets in dividend or other income paying equity securities and debt securities, excluding securities that distribute a return of capital, OID bonds and PIK debt instruments.The fund can invest 85% of its Managed Assets in equity securities which may include common and preferred stocks, convertible securities, warrants, depository receipts, exchange -traded funds (“ETFs”) that do not primarily invest in debt instruments, MLPs and real estate investment trusts (“REITs”).The fund can invest 40% of the portfolio in preferred equity securities.
