About: The Trusts investment objective is to provide total return through a combination of current income and capital appreciation. The Trust seeks to achieve this objective by investing primarily in equity securities of companies engaged in the energy and natural resources business and equity derivatives with exposure to the energy and natural resources industry. The Trust will invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of energy and natural resources companies and equity derivatives with exposure to the energy and natural resources industry. Companies in the energy and natural resources industry include those companies involved in the exploration, production or distribution of energy or natural resources, such as gas, oil, metals and minerals, as well as related transportation companies and equipment manufacturers. These equity securities may include common stocks, preferred shares, convertible securities, warrants, depository receipts, equity interests in Canadian Royalty Trusts, and MLPs. The Trust will not invest more than 25% of the value of its total assets in MLPs. The Trust may invest in companies located anywhere in the world. The Trust expects to invest primarily in companies located in developed countries, but may invest in companies located in emerging markets. The Trust may invest in companies of any size market-capitalization, including small capitalization and mid-capitalization companies. The Trust does not intend to invest directly in commodities.
