About: The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its Managed Assets in high yield bonds, loans and other income-producing securities that are rated below investment grade by at least one credit rating agency (below Baa3 by Moodys or below either BBB- by either S&P or Fitch) or unrated but judged by the Manager or Sub-Adviser to be of comparable quality. It itends to invest in at least three different countries and to invest at least 40% of its net assets in securities of foreign companies. The Fund expects to invest primarily in high yield bonds and loans of North American and Western European corporate issuers.
