About: The primary objective is to provide stable dividends exempt from regular Federal income tax, consistent with preservation of capital. Substantially all of its assets will be invested in a diversified portfolio of long-term investment-grade quality Municipal Obligations. Municipal Obligations rated within the four highest grades will only be purchased, except that up to 20% of its assets may be invested in unrated Municipal Obligations deemed to be of comparable quality. Up to 20% of its net assets may be invested in Municipal Obligations that pay interest subject to the Federal alternative minimum tax.
