About: The Fund seeks current income exempt from regular Federal income tax and additional total return, consistent with the preservation of capital. It will invest primarily in investment grade quality municipalonds. Up to 20% of its assets may be invested in non-investment grade quality bonds that are judged to be of comparable quality. It will not leverage its capital structure by issuing preferred shares or debt instruments.
