About: The objective is to provide a high level of current income exempt from federal income tax and New York State and New York City income tax. Substantially all (at least 90%) of its total assets will be invested in municipal bonds with remaining maturities of less than 15 years, and that pay interest that is exempt from the above mentioned taxes. The Fund has the flexibility to invest in municipal obligations regardless of maturity and duration limitations. Additionally, the Fund may invest up to 30% of the Fund's total assets in non-investment grade municipal bonds.
