About: To generate a high level of current income consistent with prudent investment risk. It invests 80% of its assets in a diversified portfolio of freely marketable debt securities including marketable corporate debt securities, governmental obligations and cash and commercial paper. It may invest no more than 20% of its assets in income-producing preferred and common shares. 75% of its assets will be represented by debt securities rated within the four highest grades by Moody or S&P.
