About: The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objectives by (i) investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend-producing securities or derivatives linked to such securities or indices that include such securities and (ii) by selling call options on selected international, regional or country indices, and/or on equity securities. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will seek to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend-producing equity securities of foreign companies and/or derivatives linked to such securities or indices that include such securities. The Fund seeks to invest primarily in high dividend yield equity securities. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its assets in the equity securities of issuers located in the United States.
