About: The Fund will attempt to achieve its investment objectives by investing, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its Total Assets (as defined below) in dividend or distribution paying equity securities of U.S. companies and non-U.S. companies traded on U.S. exchanges.
The Fund may invest up to15% of its Total Assets in securities of master limited partnerships ("MLPs"), generally in the energy sector.The Fund may write covered put and call options up to a notional amount of 20% of the Fund's Total Assets.
