About: It seeks to maximize current income exempt from federal income tax consistent with the preservation of capital. It invests 100% of its assets in municipal bonds and at least 80% of its assets in municipal bonds having investment grade quality. It may invest the remainder of its assets in higher risk, higher yielding municipal bonds of lower quality. The weighted average maturity of the funds portfolio is expected to exceed 10 years.
